Who is responsible for your data

The NeoPrint workshop is at Eksporta iela 12, Rīga, LV-1045, Latvia. Write to [email protected] or call +371 25 584 144 about anything on this page. There is no separate privacy department — the same people who print your order answer these questions.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email address, phone number, the delivery method you choose and the parcel locker or address it goes to.
• The files you send us: 3D models, photos, sketches and links, plus what our slicer derives from them — dimensions, weight, print time and the price.
• Messages you write through the contact form, Telegram or WhatsApp.
• Payment confirmation from Stripe. Card numbers are entered on Stripe's own page and never reach our servers.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and — when you arrive from a Google ad — the click identifier that ad left in the link.

Why we use it, and on what basis

• To perform the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)): quoting, printing, packing, delivering and supporting your order, and the emails that go with it.
• To meet legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)): keeping accounting records of sales.
• For our legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)): keeping the site up, preventing abuse of the upload and quote endpoints, and reading aggregate traffic statistics.
• With your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)): advertising cookies and conversion measurement. You can withdraw it at any time, and withdrawal does not affect what was done before.

Your model files

Your model is your work. We use it to quote and to produce your order, and for nothing else: we do not publish it, sell it, hand it to anyone outside the production chain, or use it to train any model.

We keep model files for as long as we may need them to fulfil the order and to reprint it if you ask — there is no automatic deletion schedule today. Ask us to delete yours and we will, apart from the order record itself where accounting rules require us to keep it.

We may refuse to print a file that infringes someone else's rights or that would be unlawful to make. See the terms of service for that.

Who else sees it

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Unisend (Lietuvos paštas) — parcel locker delivery and postal shipments across the EU. They receive what a parcel label needs: your name, contact and destination.
• Our email provider — the order confirmation and any reply we send.
• Cloudflare — delivery and protection for the site.
• Google — advertising and conversion measurement, only where you have consented.
• Plausible analytics, self-hosted on our own infrastructure: it sets no cookies and does not follow you across sites.

Some of these operate outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or on an adequacy decision.

How long we keep it

• Order and accounting records: for the period Latvian accounting law requires.
• Model files: while they may still be needed for your order, as described above.
• Enquiries that did not become orders: while the conversation is live, and for a reasonable period after.
• Analytics: in aggregate, with no identifier that points back at you.

Cookies

Strictly necessary storage keeps your order wizard state while you fill it in. Plausible measures traffic without cookies. Google's advertising tags set cookies and run only where you have agreed to them.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to limit what we do with it, to receive it in a portable form, or to object to processing based on legitimate interests. Write to [email protected] — no special form is needed.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Data State Inspectorate of Latvia (Datu valsts inspekcija), Elijas iela 17, Rīga, LV-1050, dvi.gov.lv.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. Material changes affecting an order already in progress will be sent to you directly.
